ELCAS — Enhanced Learning Credits

ELCAS is short for Enhanced Learning Credits Administration Service. This service exists to provide funding for those who serve, or have served, in the Armed Forces. This funding is used exclusively to pay for the cost of any ELCAS approved training courses that will provide a qualification upon completion.
