NVQ Qualifications

·       All NVQ programmes are delivered remotely/online in accordance with NOCN requirements. The full scope of services, including assessment support, internal quality assurance, and access to NOCN registration and certification processes, is set out in the relevant programme handbook and induction materials. Steve Payne Consultants (SPC) reserves the right to amend delivery methods or timelines where reasonably necessary to maintain compliance with NOCN standards.

·       You (the Learner) are solely responsible for:

o   Providing authentic, valid, current, sufficient, and reliable workplace evidence that meets the requirements of the qualification.

o   Obtaining all necessary permissions from your employer or workplace for the collection and submission of evidence, observations, and professional discussions.

o   Ensuring the accuracy and completeness of all information provided to SPC and NOCN.

o   Maintaining regular engagement with your assessor and responding to communications within required timescales.

o   Meeting all deadlines for submission of evidence and assessment activities as agreed in your individual assessment plan. Failure to fulfil these responsibilities may result in delays to your progress, withdrawal from the programme, or non-certification, with no refund of fees.

·       Evidence submitted must be your own work and genuinely produced in the workplace. Any form of plagiarism, fabrication, falsification, or use of unauthorised assistance (including AI-generated content presented as your own) constitutes malpractice. SPC reserves the right to require additional verification of evidence authenticity, including employer confirmation or direct observation. Breaches will be investigated under our Learner and Staff Malpractice and Maladministration Policy and may result in immediate removal from the programme without refund and notification to NOCN.

·       You will be registered with NOCN only after full payment of fees and completion of enrolment checks.

·       Certification is entirely at the discretion of NOCN and is subject to successful internal and external quality assurance, verification, and full payment of all fees.

·       SPC is not liable for any delay or refusal of certification by NOCN where this results from your failure to meet requirements or provide requested evidence.

·       Requests for reasonable adjustments must be made in accordance with our Reasonable Adjustments and Special Considerations Policy. All such requests are subject to supporting evidence and NOCN approval where required. SPC will provide support as outlined in our NVQ Learner Support Policy, but you remain responsible for actively engaging with that support.

·       RPL claims are assessed strictly in line with our Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) Policy and NOCN guidelines. Additional assessor time for non-standard RPL evidence may incur extra charges, which will be notified and agreed in advance.

·       You agree to fully cooperate with internal quality assurance activities, external quality assurance visits by NOCN, and any audits or requests for additional information. This includes providing access to evidence portfolios and participating in verification discussions as required.
