What exactly is included in the bundle?

Are there exams or written assignments?
There are no exams and no traditional written assignments for the Level 6 NVQ. It is assessed through workplace evidence and professional discussion with your assessor.
The MCIOB stage does involve a written Professional Review application. We support learners through that process with structured guidance, materials, and assessor advice, including support for different learning styles.
How long does the pathway take?
This depends on your experience, evidence availability, and pace. The full pathway can be completed in as little as 3 months, or take up to around 18 months, depending on how quickly you progress. Both stages are designed to fit around full-time work rather than requiring time away from your role.
Does the NVQ lead to the Black CSCS Manager Card?
Yes. Successful completion of this Level 6 NVQ supports access to the Black CSCS Manager Card, subject to the standard CSCS application requirements, including the relevant CITB Health, Safety and Environment test where applicable.

The MCIOB On-Demand component then provides structured guidance, materials, and assessor advice for the Professional Review pathway, with the CIOB Assessment Fee included.
